Episode 07 - Import drumsets from the 60s

In this podcast I provide some information on the import sets that we started to see with frequency back in the 60s. I'm not an expert on the imports but I can give you some guidance as to the type of sets that are worth considering and which ones to avoid. Since quality was not a driving factor on those first import kits it's good to have some information. Thanks! Steve

Episode 06 - Bob Zildjian

In this podcast I talk about Bob Zildjian, who was not only an incredible influence on me, he was also a wonderful person. And, I ALMOST missed my chance to get to know him. So, take it from me: If you have a chance to cross paths with someone you hold in high regard, don't pass it up. You never know if you'll have another chance. I was lucky. Enjoy.  Contact Steve at vintagedrums@aol.com and be sure to visit us on the web at www.maxwelldrums.com Thanks! Steve
